3.Fit your group with fitting samples. Never guess sizes!

4.Call or fax in your final order.

* Only pay shipping on samples. Samples must be returned via traceable carrier within 10 days,
or you will be billed for them! Minimum $10.00

Methods of Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Due to the additional expense of credit card fees, we are unable to offer the 2% prepay discount when paying in this manner.

Prepay in full and get a 2% discount (shipping excluded)
Send full payment by check or money order within 10 days of the invoice date, and deduct 2% from your order subtotal.
50% Deposit with Balance at Shipping
Send check or money order for 50% of the total. Balance is due prior to shipping.

Note:
Your organization's tax exemption number is necessary if you are not required to pay sales tax. To maintain our low prices, we must charge a 2% per month delinquency fee on all account balances due over 90 days.

All sales are final! Any returns or exchanges will be done at the sole discretion of Praise Hymn Fashions and will require a Return Authorization Number which must be placed on the outside of the box. Returned merchandise must be received in original condition within 10 days of the initial receipt via a traceable carrier, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to get accurate sizes for each member of your group by using the Fitting Samples. This will help avoid any issues regarding garments not fitting properly. Prices, fabric, and designs are subject to change without notice.

Orders are shipped as soon as available - generally within 6-12 weeks. For best delivery, order as early as possible. We prefer to ship via U.P.S. Other carriers are available at your request. Some orders may require 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day shipping - this will incur additional freight charges.

For fastest delivery, you may request 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Your order will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Please be sure to indicate your preferred shipping method when placing your order. Rush orders are subject to additional charges (up to $20 per garment).
